How Garment Remodelling Works
Every remodelling project starts with an inspection of the garment, its fabric, and its construction. This helps define what can be changed, what should stay, and how the final result can respect the original piece.
For redesign work, we review the available material before preparing a concept and quote. Some ideas may be limited by fabric condition, seam allowances, grain, or the amount of usable cloth, so each project is scoped realistically before approval.
Caloocan Couture reshapes clothing with careful assessment, clear approval steps, and practical design planning.
We work on dresses, skirts, shirts, jackets, and vintage garments that need a new fit or a fresh direction. Upcycling projects can also turn leftover fabric into useful accessories when the material is suitable.
Before collection, we complete a fit or finish review and share care and pressing notes where relevant. Thread and trim matching is used when available, but exact matches cannot always be guaranteed.
